This page aims to answer some of the questions you may have about the Weight Loss Health Plan.

Is it a difficult diet to follow?
This isn't a diet, it's a lifetime eating plan. It will be based around the foods you are eating at the moment and will take account of whether you buy an office lunch, go out in the evening or prepare your own meals. You'll get menu ideas and meal suggestions. As far as possible I base this around your current eating habits so that you don't feel all your favourite foods have been taken away. At the same time I introduce you to new foods so that you have greater variety in your diet and a better nutritional balance

Will I keep the weight off?
The fear of putting weight back on frequently stops people from even starting a diet. That little voice inside says 'What's the point, you'll only put it back on again.' Or sometimes people unconsciously sabotage their diet because they are afraid of dieting success. They feel they might get slim but then have the shame of putting all the weight back on.

The Weight Loss Health Plan is specifically designed to address any fears you have around dieting. The coaching shows you what obstacles are in the way of success and gives you ways of getting round them. Coaching with integrity allows you to honour your values while at the same time you can shed your excess weight.

Most weight loss plans are for women. Can your plan cater for men?
Yes, we do recognise that men get chubby too! Traditionally most diet programmes were aimed at women, perhaps because they were thought to be more concerned about their appearance. But being overweight saps the confidence of men too. And because men tend to have central obesity (putting weight on around their waists) the health consequences can be severe. Men may also have issues around emotional eating and it is important to address these for long term success.

The Weight Loss Health Plan is totally customised to your lifestyle so is easily able to cope with your food preferences. And if you are not the main meal preparer in your household we take that into account as well. The coaching will also be targeted to your weight loss success, allowing you to define crystal-clear goals on a week by week basis so that you have an absolute measure of your progress.
