This programme gives you an eating plan based on your food preferences and lifestyle.
The coaching shows you how to identify and overcome the obstacles to your success so you can achieve permanent weight loss. Weight loss is often surrounded by fear and people respond to this by not even trying to lose weight or by unconsciously sabotaging their success. Whatever is driving your fear, you do not have to let it get in the way of a slimmer you. Get beyond fear and achieve your goal of permanent weight loss.
If you are embarrassed by group weigh-ins or you get irritated by standardised diet sheets this programme is for you. The eating plan is tailor-made for you and your lifestyle.

Your first consultation
Here we assess your health status and look at your weight loss goals. You are weighed and measured (you know it has to be done!)and we set target levels for fat loss and fitness. Your current eating pattern is dicussed and we show you how to make instant and easy changes to your diet so you can have a healthy eating plan straightaway. Your food likes and dislikes are discussed as well as overall attitudes towards food and eating.
The programme looks at Calorie Balance, Metabolism and Attitude - we can tailor this for your particular needs so you will get a totally customised weight loss programme.
This first session will give you a lot of information and an eating plan specially designed for you. You will also be able to clarify your weight loss goals and develop a clear picture of the new, slimmer you. As there is a lot of information and coaching involved in this session it will be 2 hours long.
At the end of this session we decide when the follow-up session will be, typically 5-6 weeks after the first visit. Depending on how much weight you want to lose this may be all you need. If a number of sessions are required a reduced fee rate applies when two or more follow-up sessions are booked.
You may also attend (free of charge) a weekly weigh-in - this is completely private and can be helpful to keep you on track for your weight loss goals. Although this is not obligatory most clients attend these weekly sessions.
Follow-up consultations are normally an hour long. The focus is on reviewing and fine-tuning the diet plan. These is also coaching to maximise your personal effectiveness and to get you feeling and behaving slim! Again, these sessions can be customised for your particular requirements.
And the cost? Comparing well with the cost of a year's attendance at a slimming club your own personalised weight loss programme will cost £200 for the twelve week programme which includes the first two-hour session and one follow-up consultation. This three hours of consultation time may be all you need and you will never have to diet again, as the healthy eating habits are now yours for life!
I have limited availability for one-to-one consultations and it is important that we feel comfortable working with each other, so I am happy to have a telephone getting-to-know-each-other session before you become my client.
