Liz Copeland
My approach is
- Identify what is happening at the moment
- Decide where you'd like to be
- Identify blocks and obstacles
- Develop the solution
- Take action!
Whatever knowledge you have about managing stress, taking care of your health or losing weight, it only works if you take action.
I have worked for seventeen years as a therapist, looking after peoples' health and coaching them to success.
With my knowledge, skills and experience I can give you the information you need to make changes in your life...
and give you the tools, systems and motivational nudges to get things done.
As creator of the Food & Joy Coaching Process I have developed coaching programmes to tackle weight loss and emotional eating, so that you can take action to change your life.
If you are ready to make changes and move forward I'd like to work with you. I am happy to have an informal chat with you so that we can get to know each other and decide if we can work together and you can schedule a telephone chat with me here. Or, if you prefer, email me and I'll be happy to answer any queries you may have.
To your health and wellbeing, and a rich and abundant life,
Liz
