
How to lose weight - Attitude
Another aspect of weight loss is attitude or your mental approach. How we feel about foods influences how we eat. How we feel about the rest of life also influences how we eat. Emotional eating and comfort eating can wreck good intentions. Our attitudes to ourselves can influence cravings, food compulsions and binge eating.
Perhaps you know about calories and healthy food choices but just can't seem to put it into practice. Those Danish pastries have your name written on them. You may like food and eating so much that you find it difficult to say no. Or you may overeat one particular food or only overeat under certain cirumstances. In this case, when you change your attitude to food you can
- Eat healthy foods
