Liz has been looking after people's health for over fifteen years, and has a background in biochemistry. She was initially interested in how to boost metabolism to promote weight loss and how to feel satisfied after eating. Having had emotional eating problems as a child herself she now knows how to enjoy food and set limits around it.
With a training in coaching and NLP as well as her knowledge of biochemistry and nutrition, she is ideally placed to solve people's problems with emotional eating.
