"I've been binge eating and dieting in cycles, some long cycles, some short, all my life. My first memory of my unhealthy relationship with food was me as a child sneaking out of my bed after everyone had gone to bed to browse the contents of the refrigerator, finding something tasty and forbidden and sneaking it back to my bed like a thief in the night.

When I first met (virtually met as I live in Canada) Liz Copeland, I wasn't sure where the journey would take me because I thought I'd already tried everything on the planet to loose weight.
