Hello!
Mole, in the Wind in the Willows
famously said “hang spring cleaning” and went off with Ratty to
have fun on the river. And I can see where he was coming from. I’ve
just had my office redecorated – we moved here nine years ago so there was
an accumulation of stuff to sort out. The bookshelves are still
empty because I haven’t decided what is going to go back in. I don’t want
to live with the same accretion of stuff that I started off
with!
So what does this have to do with
weight loss?
Well, clearing out your life is sometimes
essential if you are going to focus on success. You may know the phrase
“clear the decks”. If you have ever been aboard a ship you will
know how important it is to keep the decks clear. If you trip over
something you won’t just have a sore toe and a bruised ego, you could also
end up overboard! If you are walking around the deck trying to avoid
obstacles you’ll be looking at your feet, not at where you are
going.
If you clear the decks in your life you’ll
be able to see where you are going there too.
So what is cluttering up your
life?
Clearing the room and putting back into it
only the essentials has given me a freedom to concentrate on the things
that really matter. You owe it to your slim and gorgeous self to
de-clutter you life so you can focus on the fantastic you!

Did you know you can eat dandelion
leaves? You may not want to but if your garden is overgrown try
the new spring leaves as a salad. Don’t try this in the autumn. You need
the young fresh leaves not the old leathery ones at the end of
summer.
And no roadside ones (pollution) or doggy
trod ones (hygiene). But organic dandelion greens shold be easy to find.
Full of vitamin C and bound to make you bounce like a bunny.
