Hi, I'm Liz Copeland and I coach people who for any reason want to change their relationship with food - from a place of scarcity, deprivation or lack of control to a place of joy and abundance - so they can easily and effortlessly eat well, look good and feel great!

As a Nutrition Coach I'd love to share with you the tips and techniques that can transform you. With a background in biochemistry I was initially interested in how to boost metabolism and feel satisfied after eating.
